Physician Directory Updates/Changes
Updating Your New Provider Directories
We are currently launching new online provider directories along with new hospital websites. These new online Find-a-Physician tools are fed data from the MD Staff Credentialing Database.
If you have a provider who:
- Needs information updated
- Needs to be added or delete them from the directory
Check with your local Medical Staff Credentialing team first. Once the Credentialing team updates information in their database, the information will flow into the new online directories in 24- to 48-hours.
If your Credentialing team would like a Webex meeting to go over how to make changes to feed into the online directories feel free to schedule one.
Updating Photos in the New Provider Directories
Photos in the new online Find-a-Physician tools updated by the corporate marketing staff.
If you have a photo that needs to be added or updated, please create a web ticket by clicking the button below and attach the image to the ticket.

Social Media Posts must be made through Hootsuite. Once a post is published, we can boost it. Click the link to request a boosted post. When you have a service line, specialty awareness, education, recruitment, promote staff, doctors, or nurses, etc.
Facebook and LinkedIn banner can be changed to a photo that reflects the hospitals rewards, best of, or photo of hospital building, etc. Fill out a ticket to request a banner photo change.
